Bob Zangas has been the owner and director of Anchor Health Care since it’s beginning in 1987. He is an 18 year member and past president of the Rotary Club of St. Louis. Bob is a board member of Memory Care Home Solutions and serves as President of the board of directors of The William & Sally Proffitt Foundation. He is a member of the Missouri Alliance For Home Care and the West County Chamber of Commerce.

Lois Kasper, Office Manager, has been with Anchor Health Care for the past three years. She is responsible for recruiting new nurse assistants and managing Anchor Health Care accounts in St. Louis. Lois strives to find the best nurse assistants for our client’s needs and uses her own personal family experiences to make sure our clients get the best care possible.

Dawn Rowe, Office Manager, has also been with Anchor Health Care for over 3 years. Dawn has been given the special opportunity to learn the Home Health Care Industry from her Mother who also worked at Anchor Health Care for 10 years before she passed away. She focuses on employee benefits, scheduling and payroll.
